Golf Digest Tournament comes to Powerscourt

The Golf Digest Volvo Mid-Summer Open takes place in Powerscourt Golf Club’s East Course on the 28th of July. The event is one of twelve Golf Digest tournaments across Ireland in 2013.

Designed by former player and successful Walker cup captain Peter McEvoy, the East Course at Powerscourt in County Wicklow is a testing and rewarding challenge for all levels of golfers. It has true championship pedigree, having hosted the 1998 Irish PGA and the 2001 Irish Seniors Open.

Entry costs €70 per player and is open to all who wish to participate. Only golfers with an official GUI or ILGU handicap can enter the main competition, but all participants can win novelty and raffle prizes.
