Superior Quality Practice Facilities

Powerscourt Golf club boasts top practice facilities that are strategically located. The driving range is located right beside the first tee on the East and two minutes from the West course. No transportation is needed to reach it. Range tokens are purchased in our golf shop and small and large warm-up baskets are available. The range itself has 12 practice bays playing off both grass and mats depending on the time of the year.

Our USGA regulated putting greens are located beside the 1st tees on the East and West Courses which is essential for all golfers looking to get a feel for green speed and the challenges they will face on the course. The holes are well spread out and maintained as are our championship greens. We would advise you to try and save the 10 foot left to right sliders for the course.

No matter how good your putting is we all like to walk up to a green with a simple tap in.This is why we have a separate short game area located between the 9th & 10th fairways. With challenging and easy pin positions on the practice green it is a great place to hone your chipping, pitching and bunker skills. This practice green really offers the chance to get a feel for the course as the 9th green and 10th fairway are in close quarters without interfering in your practice. Last but not least we have a short practice par 3 hole which we use for everything from practice, to hole in one competitions and beat the pro. With all the practice facilities we have no doubt you will be on your way to shoot your course best.
