Inclement Weather
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather, frost, health & safety grounds), your green fee will be refunded to your credit card. Please note that it may take up to 10 days to process this refund.
Frost Delay
If there is a frost delay in excess of 1 hour of your original tee time then you may reschedule for another date or request a full refund of green fee which will be returned to your credit card. Please note that it may take up to 10 days to process this refund.
